Method 1: Delete Directly Inside the Family Safety App (Instant)
The fastest way to purge your account and all feature data is directly through the mobile application:
- 1Open the Family Safety app on your mobile device
- 2Open the sidebar menu and select the 'Settings' option
- 3Tap on 'Account Settings'
- 4Scroll down to the 'Danger Zone' section and tap 'Delete Account'
- 5A confirmation popup modal will appear on screen
- 6Enter your Account Password and hit the 'Delete' button to confirm permanent account deletion
Method 2: Web Deletion Request Form
If you have uninstalled the application or cannot access your phone, submit the form below. Your request is immediately dispatched to our Data Protection queue at familysafety.support@engtarikulislam.com and permanently purged within 3 business days.
